From The Front OfficeMedication Reminder
Please pick up any medication that we have in the office on the last day of school, June 13th just before the end of the day at 12:15. The office will be closed at 4:00 on June 13. Report Cards Beginning in 2017, student report cards were made available online through MiStar Parent Connection on the district website. This service allowed parents with elementary, middle and/or high school students to access and print their child’s report card at any time. For the past two years, parents have accessed these digital report cards for the first three card markings instead of receiving a paper copy. However, at the end of the school year, a paper report card was automatically generated and sent home. Please see the circulated memo for more information. Thank You: Donations and Volunteers Thank you to all of the families that donated to the Gleaners Cereal Drive and the Ronald McDonald coin drive. These were both student driven incentives and we are happy to support these wonderful kids. The Bobcat Bash was a success. Thank you to all who attended and help contribute to the family fun night. The weather was great and the kids had a blast. |

Staff SpotlightIf you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
I would take my family on a dream vacation. When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time? Relaxing with my children in the sun. What’s your favorite indoor/outdoor activity? I love to be with my family. We love to hang out by the pool or watch movies and snuggle on the couch. What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this? I would be a professional baby holder. What is on your wish list for the next 10 years at Amerman? To teach Kindergarten. I absolutely love my job and I love how the kindergarten mind works! How do you define success? Happiness, love, joy and laughter. What is your favorite thing about working at Amerman? The people! We have the best staff and the best families to work with. I consider myself to be a very lucky person! |
What is the PTA? Why become a member?
The PTA (Parent Teacher Association) is made up of parents and teachers who work together to enrich our children's lives. Joining and participating in events and donating your time are also great ways to make friends and get to know the people in your community. The number one reason to join the Parent Teacher Association is to benefit your child. In doing so, you also help your school. But there are many more PTA advantages:
Ready to join? Fill out the form online at www.amermanpta.com or on our Member Hub Directory. The membership form is also available online for printing. |
iChat FormThe Northville Public School District requires that a background check via the Internet Criminal History Access Tool (iChat) with the Michigan State Police be conducted for individuals who school officials reasonably expect may have regular and continuous contact with students, or may at times be with students absent the presence of a school staff member. This may include but is not limited to: 1. pre-student teachers 2. field trip chaperones 3. regular volunteers 4. extra curricular group leaders 5. anyone handling cash or district funds.
Still need to fill out yours? It's accessible here. |
